Zamora Catfish (Auchenipterichthys thoracatus)

Stats:	Adult Size: 4.5" (11 cm) Temp: 72-77 F ( C) Tank: 30 " (70 cm) minimum
Requirements:	At least a 20 gallon tank, caves and leafy plants preferred. pH: 7, Hardness: soft
Diet:	Small live, sinking tablets, carnivore fare.
Breeding:	Not known in aquarium. Male has a modified fin much like a gonopodium and fertilization is internal.
Sociability:	Can be kept singly or in groups, quite peaceful. As with all larger catfish try to keep with tank mates over 2 inches to prevent nighttime eating.
