Stats:

Adult Size: 1.5" (4.75 cm)
Temp: 72-77 F (22-26 C)
Tank: 30 " (70 cm) minimum

Requirements:
At least a 20 gallon tank, caves and other hiding places needed, as well as plants to feel secure.
Diet:
Small live, sinking tablets, carnivore fare.
Breeding:
Often occurs after a slightly (1-2 degree) cooler water change. Female plumper and larger than males. Eggs affixed to aquarium decor and walls.
Sociability:
Keep in groups of at least 3, peaceful with most inhabitants. Do not combine with Botia spec. loaches.

Often confused with Corydoras melini, and Corydoras metae.

This species dorsal stripe extends from the nose to tail base.
