Stats:

Adult Size: 1 1/2 " (3.75 cm)
Temp: 72-77 F (22-25 C)
Tank: 24 " (60 cm) minimum

Requirements:
Wood, and live plants a must. Kind of flighty, so hiding places also appreciated.
Diet:
Algae, this species loves diatom (soft brown) algae. Will also eat algae wafers, shrimp pellets and veggies.
Breeding:
Not much known. Assume current needed.
Sociability:
Groups of at least 3, peaceful with almost everything. Sometimes has problems if no longer able to eat algae. Can resort to sucking on other fish, rarely.

This species thrives in a planted tank, and stays very small.
