Stats:

Adult Size: 2 3/8" (10 cm)
Temp: 77-82 F (22-28 C)
Tank: 40" (120 cm) minimum

Requirements:
Heavy Plantings (plastic) Also prefer Floating Plants. Cover the sides and back of the tank with a background or dark paper to keep them calm.
Diet:
Anything. These are very voracious eaters. Flake, live, frozen, and pellet taken well. Also very good scavengers
Breeding:
Breed as most tetras do. Will eat their own eggs. Females Plumper.
Sociability:
Watch Out. These guys are more aggressive than you would expect, and must be kept in groups of 6 or more to curb the aggression.

Special Info:
These fish love plants, eating them anyway. They will even eat Java Fern, a plant most other fish will not touch.
