Brichards Lyretail Cichlid (Neolamprologus brichardi)

Stats:	Adult Size: 3-5" (3.75-10 cm) Temp: 75-79 F (24-26 C) Tank: 36" (90 cm) minimum
Requirements:	These Cichlids, are rockdwellers, and cavity spawners, so they prefer an area of rocks with caves to feel secure. pH:7.5>>, hardness: hard.
Diet:	Omnivore, feed a good mix of plant and animal foods, not picky.
Breeding:	Sexing is almost impossible, so get a group of juveniles, and let them pair off. Remove the ones who do not pair, for they will be driven out by the pair. The pair will raise several generations of fry at once, take care to not let the tank overcowd though.
Sociability:	Pairs. They can and will take over even large tanks, so any tankmates should be robust.
