Dwarf Loach (Botia sidthimunki)

Stats:

Adult Size: 2 3/8-3 1/2" (6-9 cm)
Temp: 79-84 F (26-29 C)
Tank: 24" (60 cm) minimum

Requirements:
Tank with many hiding places, and plants. Need some open area for schooling.
Diet:
Small live or frozen relished. Sinking pellets also taken.
Breeding:
Accidental. Females carrying spawn noticeably fatter. During courtship change colors and turn paler.
Sociability:
Keep in groups of at least 5, more preferable. Fairly peaceful for botia.
