| Requirements: | Lots of open space near the top for swimming. |
| Diet: | Floating food of any type is appreciated. |
| Breeding: | Males: more slender, smaller, brighter colors. Tank: short with marbles or Spawning Grid and fineleafed plants for best success. Put gravid female and male in, wait. Take them out when female is slim. |
| Sociability: | Keep in groups. They get along with any fish that don't require calm tankmates, and can't eat them. |
