Stats:

Adult Size: 8-14" (12.5 cm)
Temp: 65-75 F (18-24 C)
Tank: 36" (90 cm) minimum

Requirements:
Large tank, very lightly stocked. Goldfish are quite messy, and should not be overcrowded. Plastic plants and decor appreciated.
Diet:
Goldfish formula foods, flake, or pellets. Also will eat veggies and aquatic plants.
Breeding:
Seasonal, easiest in ponds. If properly wintered goldfish will breed in spring. Slim fish breed better.
Sociability:
Can be kept alone or in groups. Do not combine fancy varieties with comet varieties, due to the inability of fancy varieties to compete for food.
