River Tank

40 Breeder, AGA Tank
80 watts of light
Ferts twice a month
Plants: Anarchis, Java Moss, Hornwort, Corkscrew Vallis
Filtration: 2 Aquaclear 802 Powerheads, large sponges
Fish: 1 Schistura spec., 2 Botia nigrolineata, 1 Sucker Belly Loach, White Clouds, 9 Spotted Hillstream Loaches, 1 Homaloptera spec., 1 Nemachelius spe.

This tank has been running for several months with these inhabitants. Normally hillstream Loach types shouldn't be in the same tank as more aggressive schistura, nemachelius, or Botia species. These fish are going to be split up soon. Both sets of fish are from fast-flowing rivers, but the hillstreams are not very good at combating for food.
