So you want to train your ferret? Good luck. Ferrets are about as easy to train as cats, and do not work for praise like dogs. If you don't have a food reward most will just ignore you. If you once miss giving a food reward they will remember and might not come the next time. Come is about the best most aspiring ferret trainers can do.

Come

This one is fairly simple. Having two people makes it easier. Have someone hold the ferret, preferably on the floor, and you sit about a foot away. Hold the treat under the ferrets nose, and call them, slowly moving the treat the foot. Hopefully they will follow. If they walk following the treat, praise and give them the treat. Very slowly move to longer distances.
